We currently ship within the United States only.
How quickly do ready-made bowls arrive?
Orders dispatch twice each week. Most deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days after shipment.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available in Cache County, Utah only.
How do commissions work?
Submit the commission form with your goals. We reply with quote + timeline + clarifying questions, then send a Shopify draft order invoice when details are approved.
Typical lead times are 2–6 weeks, and engraving adds 1 business day.
What is your weekly capacity?
We can typically produce up to 7 bowls per week. For fixed gift dates, request early so we can confirm timing.
How do I care for my wooden bowl?
Hand wash gently, dry promptly, and avoid soaking or dishwashers. Keep away from rapid heat swings for best long-term durability.
